By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all customers of Vammy Taxi Services, including private day tours, airport transfers, and all other transport services we provide across Melbourne and Victoria.

Service Nature

We provide private day trips and transport services. All tours are flexible and may vary based on customer preferences, traffic, weather, and other conditions.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed only after agreement on date, time, and price. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if necessary.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations.
  • Refunds, if any, will be considered based on notice period and circumstances.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds.

Changes to Itinerary

As this is a flexible private service, itineraries can be adjusted. However, travel time, distance, and safety must be considered. The driver has final discretion regarding route and timing.

Delays and External Factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other events outside our control.

Customer Responsibility

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time.
  • Follow reasonable instructions during the trip.
  • Treat the vehicle and driver with respect.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.

Safety

Passenger safety is a priority. Seatbelts must be worn at all times. We reserve the right to adjust or cancel trips if safety is at risk.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of personal belongings.
  • Indirect or consequential losses.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their belongings. Please check the vehicle before leaving.

Changes to Services

We may update or modify our services or these terms at any time.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
